They are Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Croatia, Ecuador, England (United Kingdom is the state party), France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Nigeria, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Uruguay, and, of course, the host state, Brazil.
